Orthotics Screen
Open it from the button on the left side of the Patient records Screen
There are two choices of Orthotics forms. When you click the Orthotics button a dialog box appears:
The simple orthotics form might be all that you need. It looks like this:
The detailed form can be printed out and is useful for sending to orthotic labs.
It looks like this:
The patient can have as many Orthotics Records as are needed.
Use the Navigation Buttons to see Previous, next or new records.
