Remote Access Support
If you have contacted us for support we may offer to connect to your computer(s) and phone, if neccessary, to give support via remote access with using Podware and fixing any problems if they arise.
Remote support is free if you have a Podware Support Plan. If not you can still get help at the rate of £9.99 per 15 minutes (or part thereof) for this service.
If you are using Podware Anywhere all support is included in the monthly subscription.

Please include the following information in the email:
- The version of Podware
- The error message or a screenshot of the issue
- Your Podware Support Plan number if you have one
